My wife and I were in the market to purchase a Dutch star 4369 for over a year. After inquiring with multiple dealerships all over the US our search ended with RV Kountry. Our salesman, Jim, went above and beyond to assist us in finding the right coach. His communication was always fast and informative. When COVID hit we were unable to inspect the RV in person. Jim happily walked us through every inch on a FaceTime call explaining the coach and opening every compartment inside and out. We were also unable to pick up RV in April and they stored it until October. Once we arrived at dealership the RV was sparkling clean. We had a tour and then traveled 20 miles to Riverbend RV Resort to stay a couple days to learn the coach. Jim and Everett(owner) came by after two days and spent 3 hours walking through the coach again and answering all our questions. Jim even text and called us after we left Florida to make sure he answered all of our questions and provide more information. We couldnt be more happy with the quality of our coach and the outstanding service they provided from start to finish. I am just getting around to writing a review about RV Country. My experence was 5 star with this dealership. I saw the RV on line, which looked in great shape. I sent them a check to hold it...flew there from Denver. Tiffany picked me up at the airport. I was given the tour and info about the RV, which was very clean. The service gave me the tour and all the info about the coach. Roxy the sales person was very professional and had all the paper work ready. Roxy even grilled my son and me a lobster salad before we headed out for our 1900 mile drive back to Denver. What a great group of people. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

It was our best decision to consign our Monaco motor home to RV Kountry. Everette, the owner of the business, made certain that our unit was shown professionally to potential customer and was always kept immaculately clean. The few minor things that needed repair were done at no charge to us. Our special thanks to Brett who sold our coach at a net price to us that we were very pleased with.

Everett Henkel, owner/manager is the heart of this dealership. I have not experienced anyone as sharp and hard working in sales as he is. He is certainly the brightest, most hard working sales manager/owner I have met in all categories of my past purchases from cars to houses. I suspect if he cannot sale your motor coach it cannot be sold. In my first deal with him, I was selling my coach and wanted to buy another coach. The owners of the coach I wanted had been trying to sell their coach and were unsuccessful. I told them to let Everett work a deal so I could sell my coach and they could consign theirs to him. This was a pretty complicated arrangement. Everett put it together successfully including arranging for financing, thus, sparing me from looking. When my plans changed and I was done with the coach I bought from him, I went back to him to sell it. I moved out of the area so could not baby sit the sale. He told me not to worry, he could sell it. I did worry worry about it but I need not have because he did sell it to my great satisfaction. He kept me up to date with all the details I needed during the sale process. He always kept in touch. I had his cell number and he was always available on it. For example, I accidentally called him on the morning of his wedding day and he actually answered the phone! I apologized profusely as I was very embarrassed. He responded that I was an important customer to him and he wanted to make sure I did not need anything that he could take care of. Now that is service!!!

No matter where you are in this country if you want to buy a motor coach or sell one, you really should talk to Everett. It would be worth your time and effort to take your coach to him no matter how far away you are.Norwood Richardson, MD,MA,MBA

Fast, exceptional service, knowledgeable technicians, with knowledge of electrical work, appliance replacement, aluminum fabrication or anything you might need. Did excellent job replacing, and installing my new AC in my horse trailer living quarter, and troubleshooting some electrical issues I was having. Excellent knowledge of onboard generators as well.
